Explain this to me.
The second I have nothing to do, and am well rested, I'm bored. The second I have things to do, I'm snowed under and stressed. If I try to go to bed, I can't sleep.
The second I'm not well rested I'm falling asleep though.
Regardless of what I'm doing or where I am, I'm impatient.
If I'm eating, or just ate, I'm full to the point of being uncomfortable. If I'm not, then I'm starving. If I'm cooking, I'm clumsy, I'm accident prone, and thus I get even more stressed.
Everything and nothing bores and distracts me.
And worse, there's nothing I can do about it.
